Hi,

I'm Dhaval and I am a Neoway Academy Certified NLP Life & Performance Coach and an ICF-ACC (2021 - 2024). As a coach my vision is to work with people and make a difference with deeper transformation. I work with leaders, executives, managers, entrepreneurs and sportsperson to help them unlock their potential to maximize their own performance. It is by supporting them to learn rather than teach them. I have coaching independently for the last 6 years now.

I have worked with WNS(Aviva Global Services), Qbar Technologies (OnTrac), Flipkart, Neoway Academy & Janalakshmi Financial Services(Jana Small Finance Bank) with an overall experience of 19 years. I have been in Operations and learning & organizational development.

During my 4 year of tenure at Qbar technologies as a consultant is where I realized my love for training and coaching and most importantly to work with individuals and help them transform. Somewhere in 2013 is when I decided to embark on this journey of touching peoples lives and then I moved from operations to learning & development.

I worked with my teams in Flipkart and JFS to enable and empower them to become better facilitators, managers and most important to be able to connect and impact people.

On 15 September 2017 I decided to move out of my corporate life to become a full time Life & Performance Coach. The journey so far has been fulfilling and satisfactory.

I'm a martial artist and have learnt the art of Karate, Muay Thai & Jiu-Jitsu. I practice the art of Reiki to keep myself sane in this insane world. I am based in Bengaluru(INDIA) and just love this city.
